Returns are not available for books or patterns.  All other returns must occur within four months of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt.  For returns of yarn, the yarn must have ball bands or skein labels intact, must not have been used and must be in re-sellable condition.  You are responsible for any postage costs for your return. For orders outside Canada, please indicate RETURN on the outside of the parcel, so we don't have to pay any Customs fees.  If we do incur Customs fees, they will be deducted from the amount of your return.  If you are unsure about the return of an item, please contact us.
